Plans onsite are for the previous owner <br />and contain incorrect information for the new owner. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />205 <br />CCR 2712(i) Failure to have an approved LIST response plan available onsite. <br />An approved copy of the UST response plan plan was not available for inspection. Plans onsite are for the previous <br />owner and contain incorrect information for the new owner. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all <br />times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />210 <br />CCR 2715(e) Designated operator monthly inspection reports not maintained on site for at least 12 months. <br />The May 2016 designated operator monthly inspection reports were not found on site. Designated operator <br />monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. Locate and ensure that copies <br />of the previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit <br />copies to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />315 <br />HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre -Jul 2003). <br />Liquid was observed in the 87 and 91 product Submersible Turbine Pump (STP) . If water could enter into the <br />secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service <br />technician removed about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of liquid from both sumps. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are <br />maintained free of liquid. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />This is an amended report which supersedes any previous report. Report is amended due to erroneous <br />information reviewed by inspector on the day of inspection. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation and any supporting <br />paperwork within 30 days of the receipt of this report. <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following LIST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, LIST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br />i <br />applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
