I :4 <br />,,spill event" means any discharge of petroleum hydrocarbons <br />from this facility directly or indirectly into or upon the <br />navigable waters of the United States. <br />No spill events have been recorded at this site. <br />If this facility experiences one spill event of more than 1000 <br />gallons or two spill events in harmful quantities within any twelve <br />month period, we will submit this plan to the Regional <br />Administrator within six days of the occurrence in the manner <br />prescribed by 40 CFR, 112.4 (a) . For each such spill event, we <br />will maintain a record in this section which will provide the <br />following informations <br />1. Date and time of spill event <br />2. Navigable waters polluted <br />3. Cause, including investigation of the system <br />or operation involved <br />4. Corrective action and/or Counter-measures taken. <br />2-5 <br />
