The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council"UST Service <br /> Technician"certification must be submitted to this office immediately. <br /> 3. Manufacturer's certification of training must be submitted to this office <br /> immediately. <br /> 4. Contact Lori Luces at(209)468-0341 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments; a 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br /> a. No additional testing is required at this time.SJCEHD was on site with <br /> Aneil Chand at time of installation, and new leak detector was functional. <br /> 5. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
