Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. At least one person who is holds the ICC UST Installer/Retrofitter Certification must be onsite while US T components are <br /> being installed.Additionally,the individual must have certification from the manufacturer of the equipment. <br /> 3. If concrete is broken near or above the underground storage tank then a third party certified tank integrity test must be <br /> performed once concrete is poured.Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of completing the job <br /> 4. A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed once concrete is poured.Results must be received by EHD <br /> within 7 days of completing the job. <br /> 5. All piping and connections(including penetrations)shall bear a UL label. <br /> 6. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br /> 7. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 8. Contact EHD for the following inspections prior to backfill: <br /> a. A 24 hour or equivalent lake test on the under-dispenser containment and tank sumps <br /> b. If piping is altered then a primary and secondary piping inspection must be performed. <br /> 9. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br /> 10. Allow 48-hour notice for all inspections.Contact Michelle Le at(209)468-9847. <br /> 11.
