Written monitoring and maintenance <br /> records shall be maintained on-site or off-site at a readily available location, if approved by the local <br /> agency, for at least 3 years, 6 %2 years for cathodic protection maintenance records and 5 years for <br /> written performance claims pertaining to release detection systems, and calibration and maintenance <br /> records for such systems. <br /> Documentation regarding the cause of alarms and any the corrective action taken were <br /> not available for review. <br /> CCR 2636(f)(4) — Annual line tightness test. It has been scheduled <br /> for May 26,2005. <br /> CCR 2662 — Requirements for upgrading UST. Before upgrading an underground storage tank <br /> system, the owner or operator shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the local agency that the <br /> conditions and requirements specified in subsection 2660(k)will be met. <br /> The 87-RUL and 91-SUL spill containers were replaced in 2002 (exact date unknown) <br /> without notification to the department. Inspections were not done at the time of the <br /> retrofit but inspections have been made since. <br /> Y.
