The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. <br /> 3. Contact Elena 'Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the impacted piping sumps upon <br /> installation <br /> b. Installation of the AO Smith fiberglass risers was observed during biodiesel tank <br /> installation (SR0068444: March 2014) <br /> 4. Secondary containment testing for the impacted sumps is required six months after <br /> installation. Provide,48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br /> 5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br />
