The permit has been approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. <br /> 3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the T3 diesel piping sump <br /> b. Verify "all functions normal" at monitoring panel(s) for T1 through T3 diesel tanks <br /> 4. Secondary containment testing for the sumps and piping is required six months after <br /> installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br /> 5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br /> Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br /> International Code Council (ICC), and <br />
