In accordance with the Notice of Violation,Jones Covey Group has performed the following <br /> actions: <br /> 1) Per instructions from the inspector's office,we have modified the CERS monitoring plan to show that the Oil- <br /> Water Separator tank does not trigger automatic pump shutdown when a leak alarm is sounded, nor does a <br /> failure/disconnect.
