The permit <br /> has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a <br /> 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a. Witness twenty-four hour hydrostatic (or equivalent) secondary containment testing at T5 <br /> STP sump and satellite UDC #22. <br /> 4. Secondary containment testing for the T5 STP sump and satellite UDC #22 is required six <br /> months after installation.
