If you are not the intended recipient, please <br />contact the sender immediately and permanently delete the original and any copies of this email and any attachments. <br />From: Steve Sills [mailto:ssills@jonescovey.com] <br />Sent: Thursday, December 15, 2016 9:29 AM <br />To: EH -UST <br />Cc: Gregory Smith <br />Subject: Pilot Travel Center #618 Ripon, CA - Inspection Request <br />Greetings, <br />This is an inspection request for hydrostatic testing of repaired penetrations at the T-5 and T-6 STP sumps. <br />Vicki has confirmed that she will be on site Friday 12/16 afternoon to witness the testing of those (2) sumps. <br />We have also began the 3 -year SB 989 testing for this facility. <br />In speaking with Garrett, he has waived the 48 hour notification period for this portion of the SB 989 testing. <br />We have installed secondary piping test boots at four (4) diesel UDC's and performed the hydrostatic testing of those <br />UDC's, as well as the pressure testing of trunk line satellite lines associated with those UDC's. <br />Going forward, we will notify 48 hours in advance, for the remainder of our 3 year SB 989 testing of this facility. <br />We will be pulling off this project and returning likely after the 1" of January. <br />Please feel free to contact me at any time. <br />
