Jack Tone Road <br />_ Ripon, CA 95366 <br />Annual Monitoring Certification - Rocky to do Lead/Test Report <br />5/3/18 Arrived on site checked in with manager. Performed M/C test on Diesel tanks, Bio -diesel and Diesel UDC's. <br />Tank #3 had a bad 208 sensor. Replaced sensor (like for like). Retested passed. Tank #1 was not shutting down. <br />Found that TLS had a bad relay slot #8. Moved Tank #1 relay from slot #8 to Slot #7 tested shut down on tank #1, <br />passed. Bio -Diesel vent box had a bad 304 brine sensor. Sensor wouldn't go in to alarm. Replaced sensor retested <br />JOB DETAILS pass. <br />There was liquid in the sumps on Tank #1, #2, #3 and #4. All liquid was removed from sumps. All LLd's and spill <br />buckets passed. <br />5/4/18 Arrived on site checked in with manager. Performed M/C test on Auto Diesel, 87, 91 and Auto UDC's. All <br />sensors passed. Diesel and 91 LLD's passed. 87 LLD failed test. Replaced LLD like for like and retested failed. <br />Tried VMI LLD failed test. Adjusted VMI LLD and purged 87 line and retested. Failed. Installed RedJa <br />LLD and tested. Passed.
