Ensure a copy of the "Site Health and Safety <br />Plan" is available on the jobsite as required by Title 8. <br />3. Detailed description of work to be completed. List components to be repaired or replaced and attach a diagram drawn <br />to scale showing location of repairs and/or replacements. If repairing a component, describe how this will be done. (If <br />adding piping, UDC's, or other UST equipment, or performing tank top upgrade, use the UST Installation Application <br />pages 4-8 as necessary for a timely plan review): <br />Trench and install new underground conduit from main pull box to the following <br />tank annulars: T1 diesel, T2 Diesel, T3 Diesel, T4 87, T5 91, and T6 Auto Diesel. <br />Trench and install new underground conduit from main pull box to Diesel Canopy <br />east -most column. <br />Run electrical conduit up canopy column and along top of canopy to drop down at each <br />dispenser island column and enter at side of each of the following dispensers: <br />19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 30 Satellite. <br />Pull in new 18 awg interstitial wiring to each location. <br />Install (replace like -for -like) new Veeder Root Sensor at each Diesel Dispenser UDC (24 total): <br />19, 19s, 20, 20s, 21, 21 s, 22, 22s, 23, 23s, 24, 24s, 25, 25s, 26, 26s, 27, 27s, 28, 28s, 29, 29s, <br />30, and 30s. <br />Perform Sensor functionality testing. <br />Perform any testing required by agency as condition of permit. <br />4.
