In the monitoring plan for Tank#8 it states panel model#to be TLS 350, however TLS350 plus was obs�rved during the field inspection.The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting S. stem (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes,and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 118 CCR 2715(a)(1)(A),2715(a)(2) Failure to submit the"Underground Sto Cage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form".
