The 91 product (tank#5) STP sump sensor was 4-3 inches off the lowest
point of the sump, the sensor was not raised but closer to the top of the tank saddle. Furthermore UDC 20/21 sump
sensor was on top an electrical piping found in the UDC. The electrical pipe was 2-3 inches from the lowest point of
the UDC.The sensors listed above were not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring
equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest possible opportunity. The sensors were
relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. Ensure that all monitoring equipment is
maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.
This was corrected on site.
This is a repeat violation, Class II.
FA0006672 PR0505264 SC001 05/08/2019
EHD 23-01 Rev.09/28/2018 Page 6 of 8 Underground Storage Tank Program OR
1868 E.
