Contact Air Pollution Control Board for requirements. <br />2. All new equipment used must be compatible with the monitoring system. <br />3. The Overfill prevention systems shall meet the requirements of section 2635(b)(2), Title 23, <br />California Code of Regulaiton. <br />4. Allow 48-hour notice for inspection appointments. <br />5. Permit expires within 90 days.
