Current financial responsibility documents <br />uploaded to CERS were last signed on 6/5/17 and are required to be submitted annually. The owner of the site <br />Ranjeet Singh logged into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and <br />uploaded the required documents while the inspector was on site. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br />307 <br />CCR 2631 (g), 2632(c) Monitoring system of the interstitial space of a double walled system not maintained. <br />The 91 product and 87 product siphon split tank annular sensor failed to come out of audible and visual alarm when <br />tested and, therefore, the tank is not monitored. The interstitial space shall be monitored with a monitoring system <br />connected to an audible and visual alarm system. The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. A <br />"UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite" form has been completed and provided to the operator and <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by November 16th, 2018. <br />Document reviewed: Monitoring system certification test results from 2015, 2016, 2017, secondary containment <br />testing from 2017, employee training, response plan, maintenance records, monitoring plan, financial <br />responsibility documents and designated operator monthly inspection reports from October 2017- September <br />2018. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
