Replacing the ECPU Board 0 0 Removing the ECPU Board <br />ECPU Board Installation <br />guide slots (one at top and <br />bottom). <br />Pull up on corner <br />of board with your <br />finger <br />Pry the board <br />off of its retention pin 3 retention <br />pins. <br />Disconnect each of the <br />three cables attached <br />to the ECPU board. <br />Pull the board straight out until you <br />disconnect it from the motherboard <br />5 connector and it clears the top and <br />bottom guides. Rotate it towards <br />you to clear the door. Hold the ECPU <br />board by its edges and avoid touching <br />components and connector pins. <br />Remove the grounding wrist <br />strap from its package and <br />wrap one end around your <br />�owrist. Ahere the other end <br />N to the side of the comm board <br />N: � <br />cage. <br />Turn OFF ac power to the <br />console.
