Carefully align the chip pins over the socket holes and gently push <br />the chip down until all the pins are in the socket holes. Then push dawn firmly and evenly <br />on the chip until it is down against the socket Check to see that each of the pins is in its <br />socket <br />Figure 5. Orienting E2 Chip <br />
