Specifically enclosed are: <br />• The signed Return to Compliance Form <br />• A copy of the service report from Walton Engineering for the installation of bolts <br />on the spill containment buckets. <br />• A copy of the SB989 spill bucket test report conducted by Tanknology on <br />5/12/10. <br />• A copy of the current Certificate of Financial Responsibility, which has been <br />submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. A copy <br />has been sent to the Store for filing in the Underground Storage Tank (UST) <br />records binder. <br />7 -Eleven, Inc. believes the enclosed document should serve to clear the alleged non- <br />compliant items; however, should you have additional questions or concerns please do <br />not hesitate to contact me at (916) 463-6776. <br />This submission does not constitute, nor may it be deemed to constitute, an admission <br />of liability or responsibility with respect to the alleged violations.
