Make repairs as needed. <br />Cont - 1-13-10 <br />1/12/10 Day (1) Attempted to repair existing continuity test hose fittings, after introducing nitrogen into the secondary lines <br />it was noticed that all plugs on the continuity hoses were leaking due to the plugs being cross threaded and <br />stripped, after locating and installing the necessary replacement plugs, 2 of the secondary lines passed, the 4 <br />remaining lines will be worked on 1/13/09 due to lack of time. 87 line #1 and 91 line #1 passed. <br />1/13/10 Day (2) Finished installing plugs on the remaining secondary lines, tightened all loose fittings that are attached to <br />the secondary co -ax fittings, all secondary lines passed except the 91 West line. Inspected all 91 west secondary <br />connections with leak detection solution and an inspection mirror but could not pin point the leak. Recommend <br />flooding the west udcs with water to possibly locate the leak. <br />1/20/10 Day (3) Continued trouble shooting the 91 west secondary line. Introduced water in the 91 STP sump and in UDC <br />5-6 in order to locate any leaks on the 91 secondary components, after achieving 5PS1 in the secondary line air <br />bubbles were observed coming from the 91 co -ax secondary T located in UDC 5-6.
