Grant Line Rd., <br /> Tracy,CA <br /> Inspection Report <br /> Dear Inspector Henry: <br /> The intent of this letter is to respond to the item(s)you noted on your Inspection Report issued to the <br /> location referenced above dated 3/17/2015. <br /> Item 1: During your inspection the 87 Spill Bucket testing initially failed. <br /> Resolution 1: The Technician replaced the 87 fill with a new fill cap,retested and it passed. <br /> The inspection report is attached and the completed Return to Compliance form enclosed. <br /> Item 2: Monitor and Response Plans must be submitted via CERS for 2015. <br /> Resolution 2: I updated and validated via CERS the Hazardous Materials Inventory, Monitoring Plan and <br /> Emergency Response Plan and submitted via CERS on 4/9/2015.Note: Waste Solid removed as under 500 <br /> pounds reporting threshold. <br /> This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all issues <br /> regarding this report have been resolved and are closed.
