Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was <br /> performed on 2-10-12 and a test report was submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department on 3-29-12, greater than 30 days after the test. A copy of the test report must be submitted <br /> within 30 days of the tests. <br /> 311. The 87 and 91 line leak detectors failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall <br /> be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician purged all air from <br /> lines, retested, and they passed. <br /> Note <br /> 1. The turbine head siphon jets were replaced before testing the line leak detectors. <br /> 2.
