The missing <br /> alarm include:Q2:Regular PLLD shutdown alarm on 12/21/2010 at 6:27 PM.During the monthly inspection,the designated <br /> operator shall review the alarm history for the previous month,check that each alarm was documented and responded to <br /> appropriately,and attach copy of the alarm history with documentation taken in response to any alarms to the monthly report. <br /> Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on <br /> the reports. Submit a statement how to ensure every future alarms are documented and any supporting document if the <br /> 12/21/10 PLLD alarm response action. <br /> • Enclosed is the work order information from the 2nd Site dispatch center. A T2 and Q2 alarm was called <br /> into the maintenance dispatch center. The station called in the alarms to the dispatch center.
