I did not get his name. I explained that there was a leak at the 87
flow meter of dispenser 11/12 and I have not received a service request for any repairs and wanted to know what is
happening at this site.
I will send an email and hope for better results.
Vicki
From: Garrett Backus [EH] ._
Sent: Monday, February 29, 2016 12:20 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: RE: 755 South Tracy Blvd.
Contact the tank owner and tell them what needs to be done
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Friday, February 26, 2016 11:15 AM
To: Garrett Backus [EH]
Subject: 755 South Tracy Blvd.
Hi Garrett,
I received notification of secondary containment testing at Chevron Station, 755 S.Tracy Blvd. scheduled for
Wednesday, March 2, 2016.
The problem is that when I went to the site for the monitoring certification, the 91 product line leak detector failed to
detect the 3 gph leak at 10 psi. Also, I did not complete the inspection because there was a leak at the 87 flow meter at
dispenser 11/12. Power out and sensor out were not tested.
I have not received a service request to repair any equipment and am wondering what action I should take.
Please advise.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(aZ)sjcehd.com
1
