Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three <br /> years were not found on site. <br /> o Per the enclosed inspection report,the missing maintenance record was located on during the inspection <br /> and the violation was corrected. <br /> • Failed to maintain a continuous monitoring system that activates an audible and visual alarm. <br /> o Per the enclosed inspection report,the technician replaced the sensor, retested it,and it passed;corrected <br /> on site. <br /> ill consider the above items resolved per this letter.
