Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br />permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br />addendums takes precedence over the previous ones. <br />3. All components used for the repair must bear a UL label. <br />4. At least one person who is certified, as an ICC UST Installer/Retrofitter must be onsite at <br />all times when work is performed on any portion of the UST System. <br />5. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tanks they must be have an integrity <br />test performed once concrete is poured in accordance to manufacture guidelines. Results <br />must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning the site to operating condition. <br />6.
