Flying JInc. <br /> Reimbursement of Costs of Investigation and Enforcement, <br /> Paragraph 3.3. <br /> Flying J shall pay$50,000 by a company check made payable to"California Department <br /> of Justice." The check shall bear on its face the case naive("People v.Flying f'),the Superior <br /> Court docket number,the Attorney General's internal docket number for this matter <br /> ("OK2006900274"),and the notation"Fees and Costs." Of this amount,$25,000 shall be placed <br /> into a Litigation Deposit Fund account and used for purposes consistent with that account. The <br /> Attorney General shall pay the remainder to the State Water Resources Control Board,State <br /> Water Pollution Cleanup and Abatement Account, for its contributions to the resolution of this <br /> matter to be used by the State Water Resources Control Board to fund(1) investigation and <br /> enforcement training of state and local environmental agencies,and/or(2)the development of <br /> industry standards which will assist with underground storage tank compliance, in order to <br /> enhance spill prevention and protect against unauthorized discharges. <br /> Flying J shall pay$40,000 by a company check made payable to"Office of the District <br /> Attorney, County of Kern."
