The following was listed as a Note:
Leak detector testing was last performed on 5-15-14 and is due before June 2015.
Leak detector testing has not been completed during the 5-13-15 annual monitoring
system certification testing and will be considered late if testing is not witnessed by
the EHD. These tests are required once every 12 months. Immediately schedule
these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Please be aware that a
follow up inspection will be charged at our current hourly rate.
While leak detector testing was not completed during the inspection on May 13,
2015, Jones Covey technicians were able to reschedule and complete the annual
leak detection testing on May 15, 2015. As noted in the UST Program Inspection
Report from that date, all leak detectors passed the annual test and no violations
were noted(enclosed).
Having corrected the violations noted during the inspection, it is our understanding that this
matter is closed and that PFJ is in full compliance with the requirements of the EHD.
