The technician on site, John Cascio, mentioned that there was a possible drain valve issue and that it needed to be repaired. All LISTS shall be equipped with a spill container that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair the spill container, under permit if necessary. An inspection by EHD will be needed for the retest of the spill container and all EHD staff time associated will be billed at the current rate of 152 dollars an hour. This is a minor violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by March 1, 2018.
