Gage Hart, from Cal Haz was on site and said that the swivel adapter was replaced like for like with a philtite SWF-100-SS. All Passed. When it fails, the diesel spill container shall be replaced with a spill bucket that has a minimum capacity of 5 gallons, is protected from galvanic corrosion, and has either a drain valve which allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary container or provides a mean to keep the spill container empty pursuant to CCR, Title 22, section 2635(b)(1).
