The following <br /> deficiencies/discrepancies must be corrected prior to approval. Please noted that due the mass <br /> deficiencies and discrepancies of this plan, this might not be the final comment. <br /> 1. Submit contractor's license, hazardous substance removal certification, and workmen's <br /> compensation insurance and traininu certification. <br /> 2. Buoyancy calculation is designed for Stockton 76. Provide buoyancy calculation for this <br /> facility. <br /> 3. Submit APPROVAL FROM TESTING ORGANIZATIONS, for the followings: <br /> a. Sumps, Under Dispenser Containments, vent container, Blueline EP Series per <br /> plan legend 30-33/2. <br /> 4. There is no sensor located inside the vapor riser base detail plan D/2. All secondary <br /> containment, including under-dispenser containment shall be equipped with a continuous <br /> monitoring system. State on the revised plan to satisfy this requirement. <br /> 5. State on the revised plan to include the followings: <br /> a. Striker plates or drop tube-mounted bottom protectors illustrated below all <br /> accessible openings. <br /> b. Overfill prevention system. <br /> c. Detail of sump and under dispenser containment to demonstrate vapor tightness. <br /> 6. Before the underground storage tank is placed in use, the underground storage tank shall <br /> be tested after installation using one of the following methods to demonstrate that the <br /> tank is product tight: <br /> a. Enhanced leak detection. <br /> b. An inert gas pressure test that has been certified by a third party and approved by <br /> the board. <br /> Provide the design and scope of work of this requirement.
