I am not available in the afternoon on Monday, May 23th nor Wednesday, May 25th but I am available in the morning on May 23rd and I can meet on May 26tH and 27tH Concerning Violation 103, it is okay that you continue to enter each year on your previous Certification of Financial Responsibility if nothing has changed. However, the person who is the witness or notary must also enter the date for that year. Currently the Certification of Financial Responsibility has Steve Jasper named as the witness or notary but the date recorded is 4/19/2011. Whomever the witness/notary is for each year must date the Certification of Financial Responsibility each year just as you have done on the Certification of Financial Responsibility. Concerning Violation 104, regulations concerning underground storage tanks are based on when the tanks are/were installed, and not when the entire underground storage tank system is/was operational. That is why it is very important that the correct date when the tanks were installed is entered into CERS. Concerning Violation 106, 1 have checked in CERS today and the Designated Operator Training is still marked "no" for all three tanks. Thank you for sending me Aneil Chand's email address.
