The MSC test was conducted on time March 5, 2015. The tester company Pinnacle sent
the report tothe facility but somehow SjEH0didn't receive. Attached isthe copy of
the report.
Item 2D7. 1 made a note to the DO technician to be more careful to fill out the forms in the future.
Item 3l9. | think this should beitem 32Obut the inspector marked 319. The equipment was built
not perfectly to prevent water intrusion and whole industry is aware of this problem.
The quick fix iotoplace the rubber mats over them. The facility employees are very
good at placing the rubber mats over the sumps prior to rainy days but these mats do
get stolen quite often. The station would replace new mats immediately when noticed
missing. Lately we have lots of rain plus natural precipitation, the amount of water
found isquite negligible. Not only that, the technician opens the covers since 7arn
getting ready for inspection that rain water could have dropped in. That being said, vve
will be more careful to prevent any rain water intrusion tothe system.
Item 323. The leak detector got adjusted and corrected unsite.
