Facility: Shell 1-5
717 W 8th Street, Stockton, CA 95206
Date of Response: March 16, 2014
Date of Inspection: March 5, 2015
EHD Inspecor: Michelle Henry
From: Joe Dangtran
126. . Meet up with Michelle Henry at EHD office on 03/11/2015 to get her help up load required docs
up to CERS.
207. On same 03/11/20151 gave Michelle Henry copies of 04/4/2014 and 05/30/2014 L8 diesel alarm
records. For alarm on 04/4/2014, the owner documented and responded appropriately by having Elite
IV pumped out the water on 04/9/2014. After more observations the owner noticed some rainwater
still slowly leaking down on the outside of the diesel fill tube below the fill bucket. After getting ok from
Thuy Tran of EHD that no permit is required, on 06/2/2014 the owner authorized Elite IV to remove the
diesel fill bucket out of the fill tube, clean out old thread caulking and resealed. All good since.
The TLS -350 alarm on 05/30/2014 was not a real liquid intrusion alarm but was caused by Elite VI
calibrating pump 12 diesel as shown in their work order.
