The containers <br /> were: <br /> - Four 48oz. containers with used oil observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> - One oil pan with used oil observed without a hazardous waste label found on the ground. <br /> - One purple 1 gallon container with racing oil observed without a hazardous waste label found on the ground. <br /> - One 5 gallon bucket with used oil and rags saturated with used oil observed without a hazardous waste <br /> label. <br /> - One 55 gallon container with used oil filters observed with hazardous waste label lacking hazardous waste <br /> properties. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 22nd 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
