S E C 0 R • EXECUTIVE SUMMARY On behalf of Chevron Environmental Management Company (CEMC) and ConocoPhillips (COP), SECOR International, Incorporated (SECOR) has prepared this report to satisfy the regulatory requirements associated with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB-CVR) Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) No. R5-2004-0820 (Appendix A) for the L&M Operable Unit (OU) located adjacent to and along the eastern boundary of the Delta View Apartments (802 West Weber Avenue) and west of the North Lincoln Street and West Weber Avenue cross road in San Joaquin County, California (the "Site"; Figure 1). This report presents a discussion of the Site background, groundwater elevations and analytical results, a summary of remedial activities for the first quarter 2008, and a summary of the trends of petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in groundwater. Additionally, this report contains a summary of soil vapor well sampling results for the first quarter 2008. In accordance with MRP No. R5-2004-0820, this report includes the following: • A table outlining the requirements of MRP No. R5-2004-0820; • A table showing groundwater well construction details; • Cumulative data tables containing water level measurements and water quality analytical results through the first quarter 2008; • • Groundwater elevation contour maps; • Isoconcentration maps for the first quarter, 2008, depicting concentrations of total petroleum hydrocarbons in gasoline range organics, total petroleum hydrocarbons in diesel range organics (without silica gel cleanup), total petroleum hydrocarbons in motor oil range organics, benzene, methyl tertiary butyl ether, and tertiary butyl alcohol; • A table showing historical lateral and vertical groundwater flow directions and gradients; • A table showing sail vapor sampling locations; • A figure depicting separate phase hydrocarbons and historical depth to water trends; A figure depicting soil vapor sampling concentrations; • Figures depicting arsenic trends in select wells; • Copies of validated laboratory analytical reports for soil vapor extraction (SVE) / dual phase extraction (DPE) sampling, soil vapor sampling, and groundwater sampling; • Field data sheets for the first quarter 2008 monitoring and sampling and separate phase hydrocarbon (SPH) removal events; • A summary of soil vapor sampling activities for the first quarter 2008; and, • • A summary of remedial activities for the first quarter 2008. 1 Q08QSSRQRSRQMR.Final.doc v April 30,2008 77TW.26397.42.1307
