The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One 55 gallon drum containing dry cleaning waste was observed with an illegible accumulation start date, no <br /> physical state and no hazardous property.This label was corrected on site by Eileen Prieto. <br /> -One 55 gallon drum containing dry cleaning waste was observed with no physical state and no hazardous property <br /> on the label.This label was not corrected on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by December 12, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
