Also include <br /> how the waste was managed : ie cleaned up with absorbent and but in hazardous waste bin. <br /> 303: A statement saying the secondary containment was cleaned up. <br /> 601: The disposal records for the used antifreeze and used oil that was observed on site on September 14, 2018. <br /> 605: A statement that all containers have been labeled. <br /> I do not require photos. I just need statements and disposal records to close the violations. <br /> Thank You, <br />
