Comparison of the soil sample results with the regulatory standards
indicates that the total lead concentrations detected are well
below the Title 22, Total Threshold Limit Concentration (TTLC) of
1, 000 mg/Kg and the DL concentration of 500 mg/Kg.
Additionally, the evaluation of the toluene concentration found in
sample P-1 indicates that the detected concentration is well below
the DL of 620 mg/Kg.
5.0 Conclusions and Recommendations
The analytical results taken from the tank removal location at 48
N. Wilson Way in Stockton, California, indicate that no significant
hydrocarbon residues exist within the soils at the site. There
appears to have been no problems associated with the subject tank.
However, in order to determine the possibility of mobile lead
within the soils, soil sample P-1 will be analyzed for organolead.
If the organic fraction of the lead is below the TTLC value of 13
mg/Kg, there exists no need for any further investigation and/or
remediation at the site. The organolead analytical results will
be submitted as an addendum to this report.
