The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for WEIBEL INC as of September 18, 2019. <br /> Open violations from December 13, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation #119 -Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> The submittal in the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)facility information section has indicated that the <br /> facility is not a hazardous waste generator. The facility has forklift maintenance that generates used oil and used oil filiters <br /> making the facility a hazardous waste generator. <br /> Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) hazardous waste <br /> information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous waste activity in the <br /> Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #406 -Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being <br /> emptied. <br /> Three 55 gallon drums and two plastic drums were found behind the main building. <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were <br /> emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Immediately manage all empty containers and provide disposal records. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
