BATHROOMS ARE VERY <br /> UNSANITARY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. The manager continued to explain that a key is <br /> required to enter into the restroom due to the homeless entering it and either attempting to steal while inside or they have <br /> been bathing themselves while inside of the restroom. Upon entering the restroom it is observed on the location of the <br /> restroom and how the homless can use this space to attempt to steal products while inside.The restroom itself was stocked <br /> with single use paper towels and soap inside of a dispenser.
