The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CHASE CHEVROLET as of September 25, 2019. <br /> Open violations from September 13, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#605-Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -one red used antifreeze draining container in the service shop was lacking a hazardous waste label <br /> -one blue used oil draining container in the service shop was lacking a hazardous waste label <br /> -one white used oil draining container in the service shop was lacking a hazardous waste label <br /> -one red used antifreeze in the secondary service area was lacking a hazardous waste label <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state,composition <br /> (contents),accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
