(AGE)h'as prepared the enclosed Phase Il Site <br /> Assessment Report for the property at 3245 North Wilson Way, Stockton,California.The work was <br /> performed as part of a due diligence effort to investigate areas of environmental concern at the site, <br /> for potential property transfer. . <br /> i I <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board requirements for the investigation of <br /> underground storage tank(UST) sites was used as guidelines;-for the investigation. The location of <br /> the site and its surroundings are illustrated in Figure 1; major features on the site and boring <br /> locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> I <br /> The site is located at 3245 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California and is situated in an area of <br /> mixed commercial and residential-use. The site is located at the gore point of the intersection of <br /> North Wilson Way and Alpine Avenue. The property"is presently occupied by Harrison Auto <br /> Electric, an automobile repair facility. Prominent features on the subject property are depicted in <br /> Figure 2. <br /> It is our understanding that a 1,000-gallon underground storage tank (UST) containing regular <br /> gasoline was removed from the site in February 1991.Two soil samples were collected from beneath <br /> the tank and two soil samples were collected from the produet line trench; gasoline and ethylene <br /> dibromide (EDB) contamination were detected in the tank samples and volatile aromatic <br /> hydrocarbons were detected in the tank and one of the line samples,A preliminary site assessment <br /> was performed by Geological Audit Services in March 1994, four borings were _advanced and <br /> sampled near the former UST location;petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in only Boring B1. <br /> I <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)!467-1118 <br />
