TASK 4 - ANALYZE THE SOIL SAMPLES <br /> One soil sample from each boring will be analyzed at a CAL-EPA certified <br /> analytical laboratory for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G)- <br /> by modified EPA Method 5030/8015, total petroleum hydrocarbons as <br /> diesel (TPH-D) by modified EPA Method 3510/8015, benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene and total xylenes (collectively known as BTEX) by EPA <br /> Method 8020, fuel oxygenates by modified EPA Method 8260, and total <br /> lead by EPA Method 6010. <br /> TASK 5 - BACKFILL THE BORINGS WITH NEAT CEMENT <br /> Following collection of the soil samples, the boreholes will be backfilled <br /> with neat cement. <br /> TASK 6 - PREPARE A SUBSURFACE ASSESSMENT REPORT <br /> ASE will submit a report outlining the methods and findings of this <br /> assessment. The report will be submitted under the seal of state <br /> registered civil engineer or geologist. This report will include a summary <br /> of all work completed during this assessment including tabulated <br /> analytical results, conclusions and recommendations.
