All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Diarrhea sign is not location at the entrance area of a pool.The pool operator shall post at the entrance <br /> area of a public pool, a sign in letters at least 1 inch (25 mm)high, that clearly states that persons with diarrhea and persons <br /> who have had diarrhea within the prior 14 days shall not enter the pool water. Correct in a week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535)Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br /> letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall,pole,gate, or similar <br /> permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 31208) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The large O-Ring is missing in the skimmer. Provide within one week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br /> maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 31368) <br /> #25 Spa Emergency Shut Off Switch <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Emergency shut off switch for the spa only works on jet system. Repair this shut off system to control of <br /> both the recirculation system and the aeration and/or jet system within three monthes. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:A clearly labeled emergency shut off switch for both the spa recirculation and jet/aeration systems shall be <br /> installed adjacent to the spa pool.
