GeoSyntec Consultants <br /> After sampling at each location, the holes will be grouted to the surface with <br /> cement and bentonite grout mix. The grout will be placed from the bottom to the top of <br /> the hole using a tremmie pipe. <br /> 2.2 Utilitv Clearance and Health and Safety <br /> All field operations will be performed using the procedures outlined in a site <br /> specific health and safety plan. Before sampling at each well location, appropriate <br /> checking for underground utilities will be performed. A safety meeting will be held <br /> prior to the start of field activities. The field operations will be conducted in accordance <br /> with applicable federal, state, and local policies and regulations including training and <br /> medical monitoring required under 29 CFR 1910.120. <br /> 2.3 ReportinIZ <br /> A report describing the field activities and documenting the results will be <br /> prepared for submittal to the Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region (RWQCB). The report will contain text descriptions of the field operations and <br /> the data will be summarized in tabular and graphical formats.
