scope of the project. DTSC shall also provide oversight of a decision document, Removal <br /> Action Work Plan (RAW), field activities, and public participation requirements, as <br /> appropriate. DTSC's completion of the activities described in Exhibit A shall constitute <br /> complete performance under this Agreement. <br /> 1 .3 Payment. This Amendment provides an estimate of the total cost of DTSC's <br /> oversight costs (Exhibit B) which include the additional activities leading to a site <br /> certification. The total estimated cost for the scope of work through site certification is <br /> $18,454. Proponent shall make an additional payment of $18,454 in accordance with <br /> paragraphs 3.8.1 and 3.8.2 of the original Agreement. <br /> 1.4 Effective Date. This Amendment shall be effective three business days <br /> following the day the last party signs the agreement. <br /> 1.5 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and delivered in any number <br /> of counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an <br /> original, but such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same document. <br /> Date: <br /> James L.
