This Workplan <br /> includes a description of our proposed work elements. A Vicinity Map showing the location of <br /> the subject property is presented on Plate 1. A drawing of the subject site and our previous and <br /> proposed boring and soil sampling locations is presented as Plate 2, Plot Plan. The results of <br /> previous laboratory testing soils on the property are present on the attached Tables 1, II and III; <br /> the actual laboratory reports also are attached. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located within an established residential area of Stockton, San Joaquin <br /> County, California. The approximate 12.81-acre site is accessed by a private road that fronts on <br /> North Sutter Street, approximately 450 feet to the west. The subject property is bounded by the <br /> Calaveras River corridor to the north,by vacant land and an abandoned cherry orchard to the east, <br /> and by a former railroad easement and residential property to the south. The Sierra Christian <br /> Elementary School, the easterly terminus of Fargo Street, and residential property are situated <br /> adjacent to and easterly of the subject property. The San Joaquin County Assessor's parcel <br /> numbers (APNs) for the property are 115-230-06 and 115-230-07. The majority of the site has <br /> supported orchards for more than 100 years.
