This sample was
submitted under GeoAnalytical Lab Report # E8L1709 as listed on the chain -of -custody form.
The results of this evaluation are summarized below:
The results of this evaluation indicate that the waste sample "Waste Water Pond 1,2 Composite"
was not acutely toxic to fathead minnows at the tested treatment levels. The 96 -hr LC50 of this
sample was >750 mg/L, which is greater than the hazardous waste classification threshold of 500
mg/L, as defined by CA Title 22 CCR §66261.24. Accordingly, the sample should not be
considered a hazardous waste with respect to acute aquatic toxicity.
If you have any questions regarding this testing or the report, please call Alison Briden at (707)
207-7760.
Sincerely,
Robert Gee
Aquatic Ecotoxicologist
Pacific EcoRisk is accredited in accordance with NELAP (ORELAP ID 4043).
