Waste <br /> PHOTO# 11 <br /> A shelf labeled "Defective Merchandise," located next to the hazardous waste storage area near the store's break room, contained, but was not limited to, <br /> the following items (IMG9940-47): <br /> - an 8 oz container of Slime Rubber Cement, with a barcode label marked "Defective" and dated 9/16/2019; <br /> - an 8 oz aerosol can of Dupli Color Perfect Match automotive paint, with a barcode label marked "Defective" and dated 6/3/2019; <br /> - a 12 oz aerosol can of Dupli Color Engine Enamel with ceramic, which was missing it's cap and had dried leakage beneath the nozzle; a <br /> - an 11 oz aerosol can of Dupli Color CustomWrap Removable Coating, which was missing it's cap. <br /> - at least six bottles of Castrol Automatic Transmission Fluid <br /> According to Chris Sehneider the items listed above, with exception to the six bottles of Castrol transmission fluid, are defective and are waiting to be <br /> processed and placed into the appropriate hazardous waste totes located in the nearby hazardous waste storage area (IMG 9948). <br /> J_ <br /> boom— <br /> i - <br /> k <br /> N r'r <br /> i <br /> 4 <br /> Elianna Florido, REHS Page 11 of 50 <br />
